Please be sure that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4 or 5. Version 5 is recommended. (Click here to visit Adobe's site to download it for free.) If you have an older version of Acrobat Reader, you may have problems such as:
• error message: "could not find color space Cs6"
• error message: "file contains information not understood by
viewer"
• display of black rectangles or boxes
• text and/or images do not display properly
After you download and install Acrobat Reader, you MUST restart your computer in order to activate the new version.
